The Mexican expression 'mengambrea' refers to a bizarre mix of styles, a wild, yet well thought-out hotchpotch of tastes which refers both to the musical style of the work and to the obscure creations of the taco joints in Mexico City. Enrico Chapela, probably the most fascinating composer of the young Mexican scene, serves a very spicy meal which rounds off the smoky borrowings from speed metal music by means of counterpoint and skilfully seasons them with the colour of the saxophone sound! Watch out, it's hot!
